Because we do not have an adequate working relationship established with most internet/mail order pharmacies and because of the unknown conditions encountered in transport and storage and the unknown legal status of some pharmacies, we do not authorize or approve prescription requests sent to us by fax or telephone from internet/mail order pharmacies. If a client wishes to use an internet/mail order pharmacy, we will issue a written prescription to the client which they may submit to the pharmacy of their choice, releasing Country Village Pet Care Hospital from liability if the product is misbranded and/or causes harm.
